John Turner - Owner/President

 John has over thirty years of experience in the roofing business. For his first 14 years, John gained expansive hands-on knowledge of roofing application in the field. He progressed from Sales and Estimating to Project Management and then to Operations Management.  During his fifteen years in roofing management, John has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies. John remains intensely committed to providing customers with superior quality workmanship and roofing systems designed to meet their specific needs. John has also been involved in a number of major Design/Build roofing projects in Kansas, Illinois, and South Dakota

 John was General Manager of Vincent Roofing from 2001-2005.

Lori Turner - Owner/V.P./Accounts Payable

Lori is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and Washburn University.

Marianne Donnelly - Controller

Marianne is a licensed CPA.  She worked for Vincent Roofing for three years, with four years of former experience as a controller, and ten years experience in public accounting.  She earned her degree in accounting at Fort Hayes State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Randy Wilson- Maintenance Director

Randy has been in the roofing industry since 1981. For his first 7 years, Randy gained expansive knowledge of roofing application in the field as a laborer, roofer and foreman, with experience in all types of commercial roofing systems. He became an estimator in 1990, then General Manager in 1992.  During his twelve years in management, Randy has a proven track record of promoting quality roofing installations and improved customer relations. Randy remains intensely committed to providing customers with superior workmanship and roofing systems designed to meet their specific needs.

John O'Bray - Estimator / Project Manager

John joined Vincent Roofing Inc. in May, 2004 after spending 10 prior years with a commercial roofing company in Herington, Kansas.  He started his career in the field as a laborer, then moved into the office to handle material controls.  In 1998, John advanced into estimating and project management.  John has managed projects of all sizes and systems, so he is able to help owners with any roofing needs, from maintenance and re-roofing to new construction.

Cory Flowers - Estimator

Cory has been with J.B. Turner and Sons since 2006, when he brought valuable experience of design, shop, and leadership skills. He has excelled throughout many positions within our company giving him a great understanding of the roofing business. Cory is now key in our estimating department and can help with all of your roofing questions.

Mike Downie - Safety Consultant Summit Safety Group

Mike has been providing safety and enviromental services for over sixteen years. he is a Certified Safety Proffesional and has worked with a variety of businesses throughout the Midwest. Mike is commited to helping clients achieve reductions in accidents and implementing programs to comply with OSHA and EPA requirements.
